High Power Pulse Instruments (HPPI) has been founded to offer advanced measurement systems for the characterization of semiconductor devices and circuits in the high current and high voltage time domain.
Our products enable fast and precise measurement of high current I-V characteristics in pulsed operation mode, turn-on/off transient characteristics of the device, breakdown effects, charge recovery effects (such as reverse recovery), Safe-Operating-Area (SOA) and ESD measurements.
The development of our products is driven directly by the requirements of the semiconductor industry and manufacturer of systems for communications, industrial and automotive applications.
